Well, this was our last day hiking in the park. I grudgingly changed my plans. As much as I didn't want to, I decided NOT to try Siyeh Pass. The Highline had been almost too much for me with my broken arm the day before. I was tired, I was discouraged.. it just wasn't happening. But... Plan B works....

We were finally at the Chalet. It was built in 1914 and 1915 by the Great Northern Railway Company as one of a series of 9 backcountry chalets, a lodge and a hotel.
